Good Morning Lovies!

Guess what?! It's my birthday?! Happy Birthday to me...Happy Birthday to me...Happy Birthday dear meeeeeee...Happy Birthday to me!

Okay, so it may be a little strange that I just 'sang' Happy Birthday to myself, but who cares! I'm happy and blessed to say that I have seen another year of life. Thank you to all of my friends, family members, blog followers, and supporters for allowing me to do what I LOVE...bring fashion to the masses in a fun and whimsical way (even if it is in my spare time)! You guys are awesome!

Now, if you want to know what I'm doing for my tenth 21st birthday, I will let you know I'm not doing a doggone thing...I'm going to rest, then volunteer and then hit the road for a relaxing weekend far, far away from Wichita, KS (okay, not too far...I'm just going up the road to KC, but it sounded nice). Anyway, lovies...I'm off to enjoy my day!

Hey Lovies!

I bet y'all thought this post was going to be about me and my mama...wrong?! Although I could write a post about my awesome mama, Dr. Dianne Reed, I chose to write about another mother/daughter duo.

Little Dannielynn (whatever her last name is) is following in her mama, Anna Nicole Smith's, foot steps and has landed a gig with Guess. Guess, the label that gave her mama her claim to fame (yeah, yeah, Playboy hooked her up first, but I'd like to give Guess credit for allowing us to love the fully clothed Anna Nicole).

Little Dannielynn is killing it in her ad for the label, just like her mama used to do. I guess the saying is true, 'the apple don't fall too far from the tree.' Check out lil Dannielynn in her Guess ad.

Throwback Thursday: Shoes We LOVED, But Now we HATE...

NOTE: This was supposed to post yesterday, but my computer was acting crazy...imagine that?! Anyway, enjoy the post lovies, there's a real treat at the end! :)

It's Throwback Thursday...it's a day that most of us dread if we have an annoying (using that word as a term of endearment) little sister who finds it amusing to dig through old pictures around the house and embarrass the hell out of us by revealing our throwback style or lack thereof. I have a little sister and boy has she exposed my lack of fashion to the world via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter!

So in the spirit of Throwback Thursday, I think I'll do a little sharing of fashion from the past. Today's blast from the past is shoes that we LOVED back in the gap, but when we see them now we're like, 'WTH was I thinking when I got those?!' I'll also be sharing some throwback pics of myself, my mom, brother, and my dad.
