Wet N Wild...

Hey Lovies! As I've gotten older, I've started to wear lipstick a little more frequently than I used to. As I was shifting from lip gloss to lipstick I wanted to try a lot of different colors, but I didn't want to break the bank. One day while I was at Walgreens I came across the Wet N Wild brand. I was quite familiar with Wet N Wild as I had used it before, because my mom absolutely refused to buy me MAC when I was in high school (Mean Mommy...LOL!)! So I went back to my teenage ways and grabbed a couple of tubes of Wet N Wild lipstick for $1.99, hoped for the best and expected the worst when it came time for application. After a few rounds in the store and a car ride home, it was finally time for me to try out my new product! I opened my package and slapped that lipstick on and was in LOVE! The product glided onto my lips with no problem and the staying power was AMAZING!

If you lovies are shifting from gloss to lipstick, DO NOT sleep on Wet N Wild. I promise it will be the best $1.99 you ever spent!

Mascara, iHeart YOU...

So lovies, this is a totally random post, BUT just the other day I was perusing Cosmo magazine and I saw a little blurb about mascara. Did you know mascara has multiple uses? If not, you will know after reading this FABULOUS post!

Did you know your mascara can be used as an eyeliner? I've had a ton of mascara flubs myself, so I just blend it in some kinda way to make it look presentable, but I NEVER knew the REAL pros suggest using it as eyeliner. To use your mascara as an eyeliner, simply take an angled brush and dip it into the tube of mascara, and sweep it across your lashline for perfect definition!

Who woulda thunk intentionally using mascara as an eyeliner would REALLY work?!

Motives for La La...

Hey Lovies! New Product Alert! New Product Alert!

LaLa Anthony, MTV VJ, reality star, fashionista, mother to Kiyan, REAL basketball wife to Carmelo Anthony and now entrepreneur with the launch of her new cosmetics line, Motives for LaLa. In recent months, Mrs. Anthony has teamed up with Senior VP Loren Ridinger of Market America/Shop.com to launch a full cosmetics line which is set to include blushes, eyeshadows, lipsticks, ANNNNNDDDDD foundation.

The inspiration behind this highly anticipated cosmetic line was to create more affordable make-up options for ALL women. The line is set to debut February 2012 at Market America's 2012 World Conference and is expected to be sold in stores world-wide.
