Oh The Possibilities...

Happy Monday lovies! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and a safe Black Friday if you dared to venture out into the wild, wild world of Black Friday shopping *cringe*.

I must say I had a fantastic Thanksgiving! I rolled solo and spent the day in my silk pajamas, sipping champagne and watching movies all day long. I couldn't have asked for a better day. I really needed the rest and trust me, I GOT IT!

As we move into the holiday season, the season of giving, one of my favorite stores and an absolutely fabulous design house may be joining forces to bring us the ultimate collection at an affordable price. Who could it be you ask? None other than H&M and Givenchy?!?!?! While the partnership has not been confirmed, there is GREAT speculation that late 2013, the two powerhouses could join forces on the ultimate collabo.

I don't know about y'all, but I'm pretty excited! What're your thoughts? Do you think it'll happen? Let me know! I personally think it will happen, because over the past year H&M has brought some EXCELLENT designers to the racks for us regular people. I'm anxious about this collaboration!

I'm in the middle on this one, lovies. If you know me and know me well, then you know I'm a complete and total klutz. As a matter of fact, I recently fell down the stairs at my house (no shame in my game...a klutz is a klutz is a klutz). Fortunately, I just had a little bruise, nothing major. So yeah, rocking out a pair of boots like this maybe a little risque for me! BUT y'all know I like to push the limits, so if I can find a pair in my size, I just MIGHT rock a pair.

SN: I'm a little concerned about this little clear area...foot sweat, GROSS! The little plastic part is also reminiscent of those awful Melissa shoes people used to wear back in the gap that would fog up once your feet started sweating.

I'm a total make-up junkie and as a make-up junkie that means I have a lot of brushes. As a person with a lot of brushes that means I don't have a lot of space to display them...well, that was until I was perusing the web and found this cool little site, Pinterest. Pinterest is a virtual pinboard where people can go in and post things that they have created or found on the web. The site isn't just for the artsy craftsy people; it's for people who like to cook, people who like art, people who need help organizing or even just a little personal inspiration...basically, it's just a site for EVERYONE! Check it out when you get a chance, I know I was glad! After all, that's how I found this FABULOUS way to display my make-up brushes!

1, 2, 3, 4…Round toe pumps OUT the door. There’s a new shoe in town…The pointy toe pump is back and back with a vengeance. I can remember when I got my FIRST pair of Italian leather pointy toe pumps like it was yesterday. I was supposed to be going to get my sorority line jacket (I had just crossed into the most FABULOUS sorority and chapter in all the land, The Gorgeous Gamma Psi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Innnnnccccorporated at THE Texas Southern University…whew! Flashback!), but I happened to pass by the shoe store and saw the most beautifullest (yeah, I know that’s not a word) Italian leather pumps (talk about SHOEgasm)! I LOVED these shoes with every fiber of my being and that’s why it’s no surprise that I’m loving the fierce come back. Sooooo…HOLLA at me round toe and HELLLLOOOOO pointy toe…Ohhh how I’ve missed you!
